Calming treats

I have tried over and over to make contact with somebody and trying to get the doctors foster and smith ultra chewing calming treats. They're the only things that work on my dogs. I've ordered them for years and now I cannot get them somebody please help.

I cannot get anybody to talk to me on any numbers I call for Des Foster and Smith, I'm trying to find the ultra chewing calming tablets that Petco carried forever and now they say they no longer carry them. I'm trying to find them that's the only calming treats that work on my dogs and I can't find anybody to help me.

WHEN I RECIEVED MY MEDICATIONS THROUGH FOSTER AND SMITH IT ALWAYS WENT SMOOTHLY. NOW PETCO PHARMACY IS TERRIBLE. I HAVE CALLED 5 TIMES FOR 1 PRESCRIPTION. MY VET HAS FAXED THE PRESCRIPTION MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY SAY THEY DO NOT HAVE IT. I GO TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND MIRACLE THEY FOUND THE PRESCRIPTION. I WENT TO 1800PETMEDS. THEY ARE AMERICAN. THEY CAN ANSER QUESTIONS EASILY, THEY SEND OUT MEDICATION SWIFTLY. PRICES ARE FAIR. NEVER WILL I USE PETCO AGAIN.

I ordered six cases of dog food, they were all packed in one box with inadequate protection and too much weight. The cans arrive dented, many at the seal. Company jerked me around taking pictures and then refused the refund. Had to file a paypal dispute and notify UPS that it wasn't their fault.

It worked for me!! (In Missouri)

I tried foster and smith Fiprotrol Plus three month supply. That was over six months ago. My cats still do not have fleas. I live in Missouri. Fleas are a large problem, not so much ticks. If you have flrea problems, try this! I am not sure about everything else it is suppose to take care of, but for fleas it is the best product I have found. Believe me, I have tried the advertised best and found that this works beyond the advertised time. I will continue to purchase this product, even though I can not pronounce the name. In Missouri it works long after it's advertised limit. If you are in Missouri, try it, I believe it out works all others including Front Line.

Forced to reorder

I placed an order in august & cancelled it as an auto-ship option in September. Then when the autoship date came they shipped it and charged me anyway! When I contacted them they said they had no record of my cancellation. They gave me a total run around in emails while telling me I could be refunded but pay shipping - all for something I never ordered. Don't ever trust this company!

Poorly dated medication

Faxed Script for100 Apoquel tablets (used for allergies) for our Golden. They sent me the 100 @ $252.?? but there was a 6 month expiration date. The pills will have expired before I had used all of them as I don't need after hard freeze. I called and was told that they did not have any available with a longer shelf life. Really?, they are trying to pass off their over stock. I will no longer use them if this is the way they are going to handle perscription meds. There are other mail order vet drug companies available that will supply script in a proper and ethical way!!!

This review is for international customers. I wanted to order a bottle of glucosamine with chondrotin for my small dog. I was unable to register online because my address did not include a US State or zip code. After several emails back and forth I was told to order via email, I expressed my concern with having to include my credit card details in an email. I was then told to send details (minus credit card details) and they would register for me after quoting shipping costs. The quote to post a small plastic bottle of pills to Australia was US$180! I replied that I recently bought bed linen from Macy's with a shipping cost for this heavy item being $48. I then had a reply saying they had searched for a deal for me and could ship the pills for $48! Too little too late. I can only surmise this is a shoddy company. Steer clear!

I ordered a few vaccines from this company. I paid almost $30.00 to have then shipped so that they would be cold when I recieved them. They arrived warm. They resent new vaccines, which were also warm. I told them to just refund my money, they did. Except the $30.00 for shipping which was more than the product I ordered. They finally gave me a credit for the shipping. I used the shipping to buy a rain coat. When it came it was way to small. To snd it back cost more than the product itself. I finally found a cheaper way to send it back. They clled me two weeks later and asked what card to charge the difference on. They have wasted enough of my money I told them to just refund my money

Charged me incorrectly and would not fix it

I was a very happy customer for many months. I purchased dog and cat food using a program that shipped it once per month, and automatically billed my credit card. Another part of this plan was that you got the 10th shipment free, which was great because I was spending over $100 a month on pet food. The cost was about the same as the pet store but it came straight to my door and the 10th month was free...I was very happy with this arrangement. The food was high quality and I recommended them to everyone I knew because their customer service was terrific. So one month, I notice there is no charge on my credit card. I had not been counting, but I assumed it was my 10th month. Then the following month, I was charged twice. The additional unexpected charge on my card put me over my limit, so I was charged a $40 fee by my credit card company. I figured it was just a mistake so I called customer service to explain to them that they had double-billed me. And they informed me that there had been a billing error last month when I was not charged, so I was now being charged for that shipment as well as the current month. When I told them that I now owed $40 in credit card fees because of THEIR error, I fully expected them to reimburse it, because I had been so happy with their service up until this point. I was shocked when the CS agent got an attitude with me and told me it wasn't their problem that I went over my limit. They were not willing to reimburse me the fees, so I discontinued the service. All they had to do was CALL ME when they realized their error, prior to charging me, and we could have worked it out. I had the money...all I needed to do was transfer it to that credit card. The only thing I used that card for was my Drs Foster and Smith order every month and I had statements showing that fact. I wasn't rude, didn't lose my temper. There was no excuse for the poor customer service I received. What a shame...I guess they didn't need my business.

Drs Foster and Smith fraudulent shipping policy

I tried to shop online at Drs Foster and Smith. On checkout, they added an $82 shipping charge, stating that the extra charge was for shipping outside the continental US and that ground shipping was not available for Alaska. Alaska is most certainly in the continental US and every other company out there manages to ship via ground using UPS, FedEx, and the USPS. This company is still operating in the 19th century. Their website is fraudulent on their shipping policy. It constitutes "bait and switch" advertising. Their shipping charge blatantly contradicts their own stated words in the shipping section of the ordering process.
